- No guarantee on 4 x 4 parts.
- 25% Handling on returned merchandise.
- We do not assume any responsibility for labor involved to remove or replace parts. No exceptions.
- No personal checks.
- $25.00 plus bank fees on all returned commercial checks.
- No returns on electrical parts.
- Deposits forfeited after 7 days.
- All glass sales must be inspected by customer before leaving premises.
- All glass sales are final.
- Standard 90 day warranty from the date of original purchase on all parts.

RETURN POLICY:

Please contact us before returning any parts. All parts we sell come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. NO LABOR PAID. All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any questions please contact our sales staff.

Bolt on Parts Warranty:

Includes but is not limited to the following starters, AC compressors, steering pumps, alternators, wiper motors, etc. Pulleys may need to be changed on alternators and power steering pumps depending on application. Steering racks may include tie rod ends, we DO NOT cover the tie rod ends. We recommend replacing them with new ones. Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion. We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased. All returns, which are not a direct result of a defective part, are subject to a 25% restock fee no later than 30 days from the original date of purchase. No shipping charges will be credited. This includes parts incorrectly ordered and/or parts that are no longer needed. There will be no charge if a part is cancelled prior to shipping.

Standard Warranty:

Webster’s Used Auto Parts offers a standard 90 day warranty on all mechanical parts. This covers the part only. NO LABOR PAID. Webster’s Used Auto Parts is not responsible for any improper installation or misdiagnosis. We offer extended warranties at an additional cost on engine, transmissions and differentials only.

Transmission Warranty:

All transmissions and transfer cases must be installed by a "ASE" certified transmission shop. New filter, proper fluids and seals must be installed. Webster’s Used Auto Parts is not liable for any leaks or improper installation. All fluid coolers and lines must be flushed, shift/ detent cable or linkage assemblies must be adjusted. All computer controlled transmissions must be reflashed. Torque converter must be properly installed. Customer must obtain invoices for all parts. Please contact your sales person if there are any issues before removing the transmission. NO LABOR PAID.

Engine Warranty:

Engines are considered to consist of a short block assembly and cylinder head. Any seals, gaskets, fluids, water pump and timing belts must be replaced to ensure warranty. Cooling system must be flushed. Overheated, altered or improperly installed parts void warranty. Change induction & electrical systems (harness) as needed. NO LABOR PAID.

1. All Used merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. Seller states that we in no way guarantee or warranty used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used merchandise sold may have safety hazards, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards, or hire an expert to so inspect.

2. We reserve the right to replace any defective parts.

3. Some motor and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them. If the center of the heat tab is melted out, the guarantee is voided.

4. We do not guarantee cylinder head cams, valves, or gaskets or damage incurred by their failure.

5. We will refund money or replace the part at our discretion.

6. We do not assume responsibility for towing charges, layup time, telephone, loss due to downtime, costs of lodging, cost of vehicle use, transportation, car or truck rental, or inconvenience.
